Kiwi in a Layered Jacket

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Roll out the puff pastry into a sheet about half a centimeter thick and cut it into 6 equal rectangles. Then peel the kiwis completely and place one kiwi onto each rectangle, following the ratio: 1 kiwi per 1 pastry base. Sprinkle with sugar, then fold the edges of the pastry over the kiwi, leaving a small opening in the top. Once done, place the pastries onto a greased baking sheet. Use the leftover pastry to shape improvised little leaves. Brush the pastries with beaten egg, decorate with the "leaves," and bake in the oven until done. Serve cooled.
