Description
This dessert can be served with tea, ice cream, or whipped cream. I got 4 servings. The dessert is definitely delicious and unusual. A great idea when you want to try baking something new. Plus, it's very quick and easy to prepare.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making Kunefe dessert. Remove the dough from the freezer and thaw at room temperature.

First, prepare the syrup. Put sugar into a saucepan, add honey, pour in water and lemon juice.

Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. Simmer for 7 minutes, skimming off the foam. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

Place the butter and 1 tablespoon of honey into a bowl. Melt using any method convenient for you.

Separate the dough into individual fibers and tear or cut into pieces.

Pour the dough with melted butter mixed with honey and mix well, so that it is evenly distributed.

Grease the baking pans. Place half of the dough into the pans.

Thinly slice the cheese and place it on top of the dough.
