Prepare all the ingredients.

Mix the soy sauce with water.

Add sugar, honey, and chili pepper.

Finely chop the ginger and garlic, add to the other ingredients. Pour in the sesame oil and rice wine.

In a separate container, dissolve the starch in a small amount (15-20 ml) of water.

Pour the diluted starch into a saucepan. Mix everything well.
