For the dough, sift the flour into a deep bowl, add salt and mix. Then gradually pour in the water and mix until smooth.

Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes, then wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 hour at room temperature.

For the filling, sauté chopped ginger over medium heat, then add thinly sliced onion. Cook until translucent.
