Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. I'll tell you more below. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Sift wheat flour into a deep bowl. Make a depression in the flour.
- 3
Step 3

Dissolve the salt in hot water and pour it into a bowl.
- 4
Step 4

Mix the flour with water. Stir with a spoon or spatula at first while the dough is hot, then switch to hands. If the dough turns out too stiff, you can add another 20–30 ml of water.
- 5
Step 5

Knead a smooth, elastic dough that does not stick to your hands. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

For the filling, wash the green onions, dry them, and finely chop.
- 7
Step 7

Knead the dough for a few more minutes until it becomes pliable, then divide it into equal parts.
- 8
Step 8

Roll out each portion into a thin sheet about 2-3 mm thick. Brush the surface with sesame oil.
- 9
Step 9

Sprinkle with sesame and "five-spice" seasoning. Place the green onions in an even thin layer.
- 10
Step 10

Roll the dough into a log.
- 11
Step 11

Then roll it into a snail shape.
- 12
Step 12

Gently press and roll out into a flat round. Repeat the same with the remaining pieces of dough.
- 13
Step 13

Heat a skillet over medium heat with a small amount of vegetable oil. Place the pancake on the skillet and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- 14
Step 14

Chinese pancakes are ready, enjoy your meal!
