    Wash the cabbage and thinly slice it. Peel the ginger and garlic, then finely chop. Cut the pepper in half, remove the seeds, rinse the flesh under cold water, and finely chop. Heat oil in a frying pan (preferably a wok), then sauté the ginger, garlic, and pepper for 1 minute.
