1. Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil, skimming off the foam.

2. Next, wait until the milk cools down to a temperature of 45-50 degrees. Now pour a little milk into the jar with dry "Narine," mix it, and then pour this mixture into the milk. Stir with a sterile spoon, then transfer into a sterile jar or a thermos. Seal with a lid.

3. Place the jar in a warm spot for 12 hours (it's best to wrap it in a blanket and put it on a radiator). Then, place it in the refrigerator for another two hours. The starter is ready!
