Herb Quiche
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. You can make the herb quiche using store-bought puff pastry. Dill can be replaced with parsley. The main thing is the idea! The base of the pie consists of pastry and a milk-and-egg custard filling. I usually make my quiche with herbs, sun-dried tomatoes, and hot pepper. As they say, if you like it spicier or hotter, add chili pepper. Herb quiche is a fantastic delicacy—give it a try, you won't regret it. Good luck, and serve it with tea or coffee.
