
Ham quiche

Here, I present to you a ham quiche recipe—one of the most popular versions created by the French. The quiche turns out wonderfully tender, filling, tasty, and aromatic. Good luck with your cooking! Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Break 4 eggs into a bowl. Beat well and pour in one and a half cups of milk. Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of paprika. Mix all the ingredients again.

Line the bottom of the crust with grated cheddar cheese (1 cup). Sprinkle 1/3 cup of green onions over the cheese.

Add 3/4 cup of chopped ham and pour the prepared mixture of milk and eggs over it.

Carefully place the quiche in the oven and bake at 220 degrees for 20 minutes, then reduce the high temperature to 160 degrees and continue cooking for another 45 minutes.
