Quiche with peaches
Description
You can serve this colourful peach quiche as a dessert or as a snack. It turns out juicy and sweet. The main thing is to bake the tart in the middle of the oven, not on the top or bottom rack, so the bottom doesn’t burn. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Pour vegetable oil into a deep bowl, add the chicken egg, then add salt and sugar. Mix thoroughly.
- 3
Step 3

Sift in the wheat flour and knead a short, pliable dough. You may add a flavoring. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dough for 15–20 minutes.
- 4
Step 4

In another bowl, combine sugar, sour cream of any fat content, and two chicken eggs. Whisk thoroughly.
- 5
Step 5

Put the dough in a baking tin and preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the dough evenly over the bottom of the tin, pressing it slightly up the sides. Spoon the filling into the centre.
- 6
Step 6

Wash the peaches in water, remove the pits, cut into cubes or slices, and place in the filling.
- 7
Step 7

Bake the quiche for about 30–35 minutes, keeping an eye on it so the crust edges do not burn.
- 8
Step 8

Then cool the dessert and remove from the mould. Slice when serving.
