Quiche with chicken and cauliflower
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The quiche is easy to make, but it requires time, especially if you're doing it for the first time. Cook the chicken and cabbage in advance to save time. The dough is very pleasant to work with. It doesn't stick to your hands because it contains a lot of fat. For the same reason, you don't need to grease the pan with butter. You may need a little more or less flour than the amount listed in the ingredients. The pie is very tasty and tender both warm and cold. When the quiche has cooled, cut it and place it in a pot with a lid. After a few hours it will become even softer. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
