
Quiche with chicken and bacon
Description
To make the pie, use boiled chicken fillet and bacon; make the dough with cottage cheese as the base. You’ll get a very tasty crust on the outside and a delicate filling of eggs, sour cream, and chicken inside. You can lay the bacon on top of the pie or add it to the filling. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the ingredients.

Transfer the cottage cheese, one egg, butter, and salt into a bowl.

Thoroughly mix the butter, cottage cheese, and egg.

Gradually add the wheat flour and baking powder. You need to add 300 grams; set aside the remaining 30 grams for the filling.

Knead a soft cottage cheese dough, then let it rest a little (10 minutes).

Lightly grease the quiche tin with oil, lay out the pastry and shape the sides as shown in the photo. Prick the pastry lightly with a fork.
