Prepare the ingredients.

Pour flour into a mixing bowl, add chilled butter cut into pieces, a pinch of salt, and baking powder.

Rub the flour with the butter into fine crumbs.

Make a mixture of egg and cold (ice-cold) water.

Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture.

Knead the dough, shape it into a ball, and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.

While the dough is "resting" in the refrigerator, prepare the filling by slicing the leek.

Finely chop the smoked chicken.

Lightly stew the leek in vegetable oil first, then add the smoked chicken to the leek and stew a little more so the flavors combine.

Grate the cheese.

Mix natural yogurt (or sour cream), 3 eggs, nutmeg, and add half of the grated cheese.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator, place it in a baking dish, and form sides about 2 cm high. Prick the bottom with a fork, then bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. I used a springform ring set to a diameter of 23 cm.

Place the leek and chicken filling, mixed with the prepared custard, into the pre-baked dish.

Sprinkle the top with the remaining second half of the grated cheese. Bake for another 45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
