Potato and mushroom quiche

Description

Homemade baked goods for tea. The difference between a quiche and a regular pie is that a quiche is always open-faced, so all the ingredients are clearly visible. You can make a vegetable quiche, cheese quiche, meat quiche, or choose from hundreds of other variations. In this case, the quiche won't be classic, as I'm using potatoes instead of pastry dough. It will be delicious—give it a try. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Transfer the skillet mixture onto the potato layer, then spread grated cheese, spinach leaves, and cherry tomatoes on top.
