Cabbage quiche
Description
I suggest making a cabbage quiche. The pie turns out very tasty, tender, and aromatic. The dish is quite hearty, so you can serve the quiche both with tea and as a snack during the day. It is delicious both hot and cooled.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Sauté the vegetables in a pan until tender, adding salt to taste and pepper. Let the filling cool.

Spread it in the butter‑greased pan, forming high edges with your hands. Prick the dough with a fork and place it in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Step 8

For the pour, combine the cream and the remaining eggs. Add a little salt to taste and grated cheese.
- 9
Step 9

Take the pan with the dough out of the freezer and place it in a preheated 200°C oven for 15 minutes. Then remove it and add the cabbage filling.
