Quiche with turkey, mushrooms and potatoes

Description

A quiche is very easy to make, and if you prepare the filling in advance, it’s quick too. Crisp shortcrust pastry and a juicy, flavorful filling combine into a taste experience that’s hard to put into words. The pie is versatile—good with tea, coffee, alongside any soups or starters, or as an appetiser. Serve cooled or lightly warm.

    Take the ingredients for making a quiche.

    Knead the dough. Put flour and salt into a bowl.

    Grate cold firm butter into the flour. Mix until the mixture resembles fine crumbs.
