Description

Baking comes together quickly and easily. We’ll prepare the pie dough right in the baking pan—that’s very convenient and straightforward. For the topping, blend sour cream and eggs with garlic. Choose full-fat sour cream if you can.

    Into the baking pan, add the flour, turmeric, and a pinch of salt. Add the butter and mix everything together.

    The dough turns out crumbly; next add 2 spoons of water and mix it in.

    Spread the prepared dough in the pan in a thin layer. Form a rim around the edge. Place the pan in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.

    Cut the turkey breast into small pieces and fry in sunflower oil.

    Next, add the chopped onion and cook everything together for 5–7 minutes.
