
Quiche with mushrooms and spinach
Description
It goes wonderfully with tea and coffee. This mushroom and spinach quiche is easy to make and fairly quick. If you prepare the filling in advance, it takes hardly any time at all. A juicy, tender, satisfying and tasty pie for weekdays and holidays. The bake is done. Serve at the table.

Prepare the ingredients for making quiche.

Prepare the pie dough. Put soft butter in a bowl.

Add the egg to the butter.

Mix the butter with the egg and add a pinch of salt. You do not need to make it smooth or uniform.

Pour the flour into a bowl.

Knead a soft, elastic dough. Chill it for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling for the quiche. Dice the onion and mushrooms and add them to the pan.

Add sunflower oil and cook the onion with the mushrooms for 7–8 minutes, stirring.
