
Quiche with brynza
Description
Quiche with brynza works well as an appetizer or with any first course instead of bread. For the quiche, use not-too-salty brynza; if yours is salty, soak it briefly in cold water. The pie is easy and relatively quick to make.

Prepare the ingredients for making the pie.

Prepare the quiche dough. In a small bowl, put the soft butter and the egg.

Stir briefly; you don’t need to make it uniform.

Add a pinch of salt and flour.

Knead a soft, elastic dough that does not stick to your hands. Chill for 20–30 minutes.

Prepare the pouring mixture. Place the egg and sour cream in a bowl.

Mix the egg with sour cream and add grated hard cheese. Mix again.

Roll out the dough and line the pan with it, forming the sides. My pan is 20 centimeters in diameter.

Spread the topping made of sour cream, egg, and cheese over the dough. Chop the spinach and tomato and place on top.

Cut the bryndza into cubes or grate it and cover the quiche.

Bake the quiche in an oven preheated to 190–200 °C for 25–30 minutes.
