Berry jelly from frozen berries
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use one type of berry or a mix—choose the ones you like. I used equal proportions of cherries, raspberries, and black currants, along with a sprig of Chinese magnolia vine, whose spicy flavor nicely complements the drink. There are no exact proportions for sugar and starch. Follow the recipe the first time, then adjust to your taste. Ready to serve.

When a thin jelly-like film forms on the surface, you can enhance the drink with small berries and mint leaves. Drink to your health.
