Cranberry jelly from frozen cranberries

60 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Frozen berries retain their flavor, so you can safely freeze them for later use. The kissel turns out equally delicious whether made from fresh or frozen cranberries. You can cook kissel and prepare a winter preserve, but it's healthier to make it directly from frozen berries. It might taste a bit sour for children, so feel free to add honey or more sugar.
