Blackcurrant jam kissel
Description
Kissel can be prepared from fresh berries and any jam. For example, homemade currant jam kissel is an excellent alternative to various non-alcoholic beverages. Kissel recipes vary across different cuisines around the world, but the main ingredient remains unchanged—starch. It is impossible to prepare this wonderful drink without it.
