Apricot jelly
Description
The first time I tried kisel, it was made from cherries. I really liked the taste. But I had already grown quite tired of all red drinks. So today I decided to diversify the menu and made a thick yellow kisel with a pleasant apricot aroma. Besides me, all my family enjoys drinking it too. It can be served.

Rinse the apricots and cut them into strips. Set aside a few whole fruits for garnish. Pour boiling water over them, add sugar, reduce heat once it comes to a boil, and simmer for another 20 minutes.

Now let's prepare the starch water. This is the secret to the thickness of any kissel. Dissolve the starch in a small amount of cold water.
