Description

Prepare the jelly brick and water. Use the amount of liquid according to the instructions on the concentrate packaging.

Unwrap the brick and transfer its contents to a plate. Break the brick into pieces using a fork or knife.

Pour cold water into the container and mix thoroughly to dissolve the sugar and starch. Do not add hot water, otherwise the starch will immediately form lumps that you won't be able to mix out.

Pour all the liquid into a saucepan, pot, or cauldron. Place the container on the stove over medium heat. Stir constantly until the kisel thickens. This will take you 3–5 minutes.

Turn off the heat, the kissel is completely ready. Keep in mind that it will become thicker as it cools.
