Strawberry Kissel
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The resulting kissel is not only tasty but also healthy. Use well-ripened berries, as they determine the drink's flavor and color. It's best to use cornstarch for preparation, as it yields a smoother texture and lacks a starchy taste, though potato starch will work too. Serve the kissel warm or completely cooled.
