Oatmeal jelly with honey
Description
The recipe for oat kissel is very ancient; our ancestors used to prepare this drink. I strongly recommend storing it in the refrigerator. You can substitute "Hercules" oats with regular oatmeal or other oat flakes. Kissel is not only delicious but also beneficial, especially for those suffering from gastrointestinal problems. It can be served chilled.
