Hawthorn jelly
Description
Hawthorn jelly tastes similar to apple jelly. It turns out thick, so you can easily eat it with a spoon. If you prefer a thinner consistency, reduce the amount of starch to 2 tablespoons. Serve chilled, adjusting to taste.
