
Kindzmari
Description
The recipe works well with the fillet of any large fish, preferably fatty. I like pike-perch, so I used that. The sauce also serves as a marinade, in which the fish should be left for a certain amount of time. Optionally, you can add chili pepper to the sauce.

Prepare the ingredients for making kintsmari.

Wash the fish fillet and place it in a pot with water. Put it on the stove and season with salt to taste. Bring the water to a boil, then simmer the fish over the lowest heat for 10-15 minutes.

Place the cooked fish on a plate.

Wash the cilantro and place it in a blender.

Add the chopped and peeled garlic.

Pour in the vinegar and season with salt to taste. Blend the sauce with a mixer until smooth. Dilute the sauce in 150 ml of water and place the fish into it.

Let the fish sit in the sauce for 30-35 minutes, then it's ready to serve. Place the boiled fish on a plate and pour the sauce over it. Kinzmar is ready.
