Kilka in Oil
Description
Brilliant and simple — sprats in oil, or homemade sprats. The only catch is that you’ll need patience and have to clean the fish. Homemade preparation has many advantages, and the main one is quality control. Anyone who makes them knows that nothing extra that could harm your health goes into the sprats, especially preservatives and flavor enhancers, which modern food manufacturers love so much. I’d like to share the recipe with you. It can be served warm or chilled.
