Sockeye salmon baked with potatoes
Description
Chum salmon baked with potatoes is a very delicious dish that can even be served as a main course at a festive table. The fish prepared this way turns out incredibly tender, simply melting in your mouth. Be sure to try making this dish—it truly deserves it. Personally, it's one of my favorite fish dishes. So, if you're a fan of fish, especially baked in a casserole with vegetables in the oven, then you've come to the right place :)
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Wash and peel the onion and carrots. Cut the carrots into slices and the onion into cubes. Sauté in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil until soft.
- 2
Step 2

We wash the potatoes in the same way, peel them, and cut into small cubes. If the fish is a whole piece, we clean it, rinse it, remove the skin, separate the flesh from the bones, and also cut it into cubes (fillet is simply cut).

Step 3

Season the potato with fish, add spices to taste, mix and place into a casserole dish. The specified amount of ingredients makes 3 dishes, but if desired, can be divided into 4.

Step 4

On top, place the fried onion and carrots and pour sour cream over them. Cover the pots with lids and put them in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 30-40 minutes (until the potatoes are cooked).
