Chum salmon (steaks)
Description
The fish is very easy to prepare, resulting in an excellent main dish that goes well with potato side dishes, vegetable sides, or a salad. The finished dish turns out to be not only filling but also nutritious. If you can't find fresh steaks, feel free to use frozen ones.

Step 4

4. On top of the onion layer, I place the remaining half of the sliced zucchini, cover the dish with foil, and put it into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Then I take the dish out, remove the foil, and bake for another 15–20 minutes. I serve the finished dish with vegetables and fresh herbs.
