Kiev cutlet
Description
Every homemaker sometimes wants to prepare something special. I believe that a Kiev cutlet is exactly what will delight all family members. Creating this masterpiece won't take much time.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Shape into a log, place in a plastic container, and refrigerate.
- 2
Step 2
Dry the chicken breasts, wrap them in plastic wrap, and carefully pound them with a mallet to a thickness of about 3-4 mm. Try to make the edges slightly thinner. Remove the plastic wrap. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- 3
Step 3
Take the filling out of the freezer and cut it into equal pieces. Place each piece onto a flattened chicken breast (position it closer to the edge). Fold in the sides first, then roll it up into a roll.

Step 4
Heat the frying oil well in a deep skillet. There should be enough oil (3-5 cm) so that the cutlets cook evenly.
- 5
Step 5
Place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs into separate bowls. Then dip the cutlets one by one into each bowl and transfer them to the frying pan.

Step 6
When the cutlets are browned, remove them and let the fat drain off. This dish is best served with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
