Kibiny
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Kiibiny are quite fatty, yet incredibly delicious. Ever since I first tried them in Trakai with reeeeally good beer, I've been in love with these Karaite pastries forever. Later, I spent a long time trying to find out the recipe from locals, but it turned out that every housewife prepares them in her own unique way. I also found a great number of recipes online. I've cooked them several times using different methods, and this particular recipe seems to me the most successful. This recipe yields 35 kiibiny. Invite your friends, buy some good beer, and have a feast. Hooray! They can also be served with tea or coffee.
