
Keto tiramisu
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. A very tasty cake for those following a low-carb diet. You won't even need a mixer or oven to make it. Just 15 minutes, and you'll have an Italian "Tiramisu" in a keto version right on your table—almost indistinguishable from the original. Quick, delicious, and healthy. The ready dessert can be served immediately.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making the dessert.

Brew a strong unsweetened coffee and let it cool. Optionally, you can add any flavoring.

To make the sponge cake, break 2 chicken eggs into a bowl, add sweetener to taste, and mix with a whisk.

Add the coconut flour and baking powder, mix well.

Place the dough into a baking dish suitable for microwave use. Cook at full power (mine is 800 watts) for 4 minutes. Alternatively, you can bake this dough in an oven at 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Take out the ready-made biscuit, carefully remove it from the mold and let it cool.

While the biscuit cools, prepare the cream. Mix mascarpone cheese with sweetener.

Cut the cooled biscuit into 2-3 layers.

Place one cake layer on a plate and soak it with cooled coffee.

Place the cream on top.

Then another layer, coffee, and cream. Refrigerate the cake for 1-2 hours (or overnight) to let it soak. I made my cake with two layers and 2/3 of the cream.

From the leftovers, I assembled a dessert in a glass, layering: pieces of sponge cake, coffee, cream, and cocoa powder.
