Description
Homemade pastry for tea. The charlotte turns out much more tender; the apples and butter make it juicy. It’s best to choose firm apples with a slight tartness. The apples can be diced and simply mixed into the batter. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making keto charlotte with apples.

In a bowl, combine flaxseed flour, shredded coconut, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and gluten.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the sweetener. Whisk everything into a fluffy foam.

Combine the beaten eggs with the flour mixture and gently stir until a smooth batter forms.

Pour the kefir into the dough and stir.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and dust it with flour. Pour in half of the batter and smooth it out. Remove the core from the apple and cut it into thin slices. Arrange the slices overlapping on the batter.
