Keto cherry pie
Description
The bake is easy and quick to make. Depending on the filling and your preferences, a keto pie can be served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A keto cherry pie is especially good for breakfast or afternoon tea. It turns out delicious, fragrant, and incredibly tender—it literally melts in your mouth. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients you need for baking the keto pie. You do not need to thaw the cherries beforehand.
- 2
Step 2

Crack the chicken eggs into a suitable container, add sugar substitute to taste, and mix.
- 3
Step 3

Add psyllium, stir, and set aside for 5–10 minutes so it can swell.
- 4
Step 4

Pour in the cream and stir.
- 5
Step 5

Add both types of flour and the baking powder. Mix thoroughly until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
- 6
Step 6

Melt the butter, pour it into the dough, and mix.
- 7
Step 7

Place the dough in a baking dish, arrange the pitted cherries on top, pressing them lightly into the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30–40 minutes.
- 8
Step 8

Remove the finished pie from the oven, let it cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack and cool completely.
- 9
Step 9

Cut into pieces and serve with tea or coffee. Don’t be alarmed by the dark spots in the cross-section—they’re from the cherry juice and don’t affect the flavor at all.
