Description
The sauce is prepared in just a few minutes. Homemade mustard is a simple and beloved condiment made from whole or ground mustard seeds combined with water, vinegar, spices, and other ingredients. It turns out to be piquant, spicy, and delicious. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making mustard.

Put the mustard powder into a suitable container, add salt and sweetener. For a keto diet, "Stevia" or "Erythritol" sweeteners are suitable. Add to taste—you can add a little at first and then adjust later.

Pour in warm boiled water.

Pour in the olive oil and apple cider vinegar.

Thoroughly mix the mixture until smooth. Transfer it to a jar or any glass container and let it stand at room temperature for 8–10 hours. Then taste for saltiness and sweetness, add more if needed and mix again. Place the mustard in the refrigerator to chill.
