Ketchup with bell pepper
Description
Homemade sauce is easy and quick to prepare. For ketchup, choose tasty, juicy tomatoes with a sweet-and-sour flavor. It's also important to use meaty bell peppers. The ketchup can be stored in a pantry or cellar. Serve it with various dishes in winter—it goes especially well with meat or poultry. You can also add ketchup to stews or use it when braising meat. The finished sauce can be kept in the refrigerator for several days.
