Chum salmon in batter
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I'd like to share with you my recipe for cooking chum salmon in batter. Not long ago, I decided to cook this particular fish for the first time. The salmon turned out tender and juicy, while the batter—made from egg, milk, and flour—added extra aroma and a delicate flavor. Now, battered chum salmon has become one of my go-to dishes, perfect whenever I need to quickly prepare a complete hot meal for lunch or dinner. The dish is ready to serve.
