
Chum salmon in foil in the oven
Description
You can serve this fish at a festive table or prepare it for a romantic dinner for two. Salmon pairs well with aromatic herbs such as cilantro, thyme, and rosemary. You can make a marinade for the fish or bake it with herbs and vegetables. Serve the fish slightly warm.

1. Preheat the oven to 190-200 degrees. Wash the lemon and slice half of it into thin rounds.

2. Cut the chum salmon fillet into 2 parts to make two portions. Wash the fish and pat it dry. Unfold the foil and place lemon slices in a row, then put the fish on top.

3. Form a boat shape out of foil, but leave the top open.

4. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Place butter in a pan, add the garlic, honey, all the spices except fresh parsley, season with salt and pepper, and heat for 1–2 minutes. Pour this mixture over each piece of fish.

5. Seal the top of the boat and place the fish in the oven. Bake the chum salmon for 15-20 minutes.

6. Remove the fish from the oven, open the top part of the foil boat, immediately sprinkle the fish with finely chopped fresh parsley, and serve after a few minutes.
