
Chum salmon in the oven
Description
Chum salmon baked in the oven is a complete meal, as it includes both the main ingredient—fish—and the side dish—vegetables. Baked chum salmon is the main dish at my celebrations. Guests are always delighted with this dish. I highly recommend it to you. The recipe for chum salmon in the oven is very simple and doesn't require any special effort.

Prepare all the ingredients. Make sure you have everything in sufficient quantity.

If the chum salmon was frozen, it must be thawed.

Remove the skin from the fish. Cut into pieces and season with salt.

Wash the tomatoes. Peel the onion and potatoes. Slice them.

Place the fish first in a baking dish or pan.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle a little over the fish. Place onion rings on top of the cheese.

Then add the potatoes.

Add a little more cheese (but not all of it) and tomatoes on top of the potatoes. Mix the remaining cheese with mayonnaise and dried basil. Spread the resulting sauce over the tomatoes. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake the chum salmon in the oven for about 40 minutes.
