Description

The recipe won't take much time. You'll need semolina, sugar, and a bit of the wonderful Eastern spice, saffron. Saffron is obtained from the beautiful and delicate spring flower, crocus. Saffron has healing properties and is beneficial for treating cardiovascular conditions, gum inflammation, fatigue, and more. Serve "Kesari" for lunch or as a standalone dessert with tea. Prepare with pleasure. Serve chilled.

    Prepare the necessary ingredients.

    Bring the milk to a boil. Add sugar and saffron, stir. Optionally, add grated ginger root.
