Quesadilla with Cheese and Sausage
Description
It works for both special occasions and everyday meals. You can use absolutely any sausage to make this dish, and any hard cheese will work too — as long as it melts well. Use tomato sauce to taste — it pairs perfectly with any add-ins.

Prepare the necessary ingredients before you start cooking.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and then the sausage too.

Place the tortilla on a flat work surface and spread tomato sauce over half of the flatbread.

Spread grated cheese on top.

Place the sausage on top of the cheese.

Fold the flatbread with the filling in half.

Fry all the prepared flatbreads one at a time on a well-heated grill pan until they develop noticeable char marks, so that the cheese inside the filling melts.
