
Quesadilla with Chicken and Apple
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Don't have the traditional ingredients? No problem—use familiar ones, the kind you always have on hand. You can make the quesadilla (flatbread) yourself, but you can also buy ready-made flatbreads. Serve the snack right after preparing it; you can also eat it once it has cooled. This snack is great for a bite outdoors or at school. Serve the snack at the table.

1. Heat a skillet, place a flatbread on it, and fry until bubbles appear.

2. Cut the cooked chicken into pieces and place on one side.

3. Cover the meat with the second half of the flatbread and press down with a spatula; fry for a few seconds.

4. Remove the flatbread from the pan and transfer it to a board. Slice the apples thinly and place them on top of the chicken, add slices of cheese, and cover with the second half.

5. Cut the finished flatbread into 3 pieces.
