
Shrimp Quesadilla

The recipe won't take much time. This dish peaked in popularity in the late 1980s in the USA. The Mexican appetizer won over America. Serve the snack at the table.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Rinse the shrimp, remove the tails, and coat with red sauce.

Coarsely chop the onion.

Coarsely chop the sweet green bell pepper.

Place a heavy-bottomed skillet over high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Sauté the vegetables for a few minutes.
