
Quesadilla
Description
This Mexican appetizer fits perfectly into a themed evening with friends. Quesadilla can also work as a standalone lunch or dinner dish. Serve quesadilla with guacamole or, for example, sweet-and-sour sauce. To add zest, drizzle the filling with lime juice. Serve the appetizer at the table.

Heat the oil in a skillet. Cut the chicken into long strips and season it with "Fajita" seasoning. Fry over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes.

Slice the onion into half-rings, dice the pepper into cubes, add everything to the chicken, and cook until softened, about 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease the baking sheet with oil.

Place the chicken with vegetables on the tortilla, then add grated cheddar, finely chopped bacon, and Monterey Jack cheese. Fold the tortillas in half and bake until the cheeses melt.
