Description
Not everyone is familiar with this powder; it is better known in culinary circles. It is difficult to distinguish from the cocoa powder we are used to. It is used to prepare drinks, desserts, baked goods, and is added to creams. Today, we will make a hot carob drink, which children especially love. The drink is ready to serve.

1. Combine the milk with water and heat, but do not bring to a boil. You can use any milk or just water.
