1. The following ingredients are used in this recipe for preparing kandyukh.

2. First, thoroughly rinse the stomach under running water, then cover it with cold water. Change the water every half hour and let it soak for about 4 hours. If time permits, you can soak it for up to 10 hours.

3. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, place the stomach in it for a couple of minutes. Then carefully remove and cool.

4. Wash, dry, and cut the meat into small pieces.

5. Place the fat onto a preheated pan and fry for a couple of minutes. Peel and chop the onion, then add it to the pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
