Cheese cupcakes in molds
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. I rarely eat cottage cheese on its own, as I'm not particularly fond of it, but I often use it in baking. I make all sorts of muffins, cakes, and casseroles with it. This time, I decided to try a new set of silicone molds, which prevent the muffins from burning. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 5

5. I don't grease the silicone molds, but place them directly onto the baking tray. I pour in a small amount of batter, not filling them to the top.

Step 6

6. Bake the cupcakes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. The cupcakes turn out tender and fluffy.
