Cupcakes with jam inside
Description
Homemade treats for tea. Cupcakes are easy to make if you have convenient baking molds. You can use either paper liners in combination with metal molds, or silicone ones. If you don't have molds, don't worry. Surely you have small metal pots or jars in your kitchen cabinet. Feel free to use them—just grease with butter and dust with flour or crumbs. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

Sift the flour together with the baking powder. Add a pinch of salt and sugar to taste. I use 100 grams, as the muffins will be served with sweet jam. For fragrance in sweet baked goods, I always add vanilla.

Step 2

In a bowl with flour, slowly pour in the kefir and vegetable oil. Mix everything together. Add the eggs and beat the mixture with a mixer at low speed. The batter is not too runny.

Step 3

Now take a special cupcake mold with indentations. Insert paper liners into the cavities. Place one tablespoon of batter into each liner. Put jam or thick preserves on top. Cover it with another tablespoon of batter.

Step 4

Place the cupcakes in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for half an hour. Remove the finished cupcakes and cover them with a towel. They are ready to eat right away. You can sprinkle them with powdered sugar on top. Enjoy the combination of light, airy batter and aromatic jam!
